My place is in Bria Homes Magalang Pampanga near Clark International Airport and Mt. Arayat. My house is very well maintained. It is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and groups. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space located in Magalang, Pampanga. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The space A 96sqm lot area and floor area of 36sqm bungalow with 2 Bedrooms and a living room with 1 bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 has a double size pullout bed. Living room has a convertible queen size sofa bed. There is a kitchen for cooking (Induction cooker and rice cooker). A dining room with 4 seating capacity. The living room, dining room and bedrooms are air-conditioned. You will enjoy your stay like a home at a cheaper price. Guest access Self check-in. 24/7 Other things to note House rules Treat my place like your place and love my house like your house. I am sure you turn off the air con of your house when you are out. Please do the same for my house:) Please do not have the window or door open while the air con is switch on. It will affect the condensation of the air con which shorten the lifespan of the air con. We will check that all TV or electrical appliances are working before your check in, to avoid any misunderstanding please check that are all in order when you check in and let me know immediately if anything is not working or broken. Thanks:) No unregistered guests. Please have your party outside, we would like to give our neighbors peace and quiet. Occasional insects. ELECTRICITY - If your booking is more than 29 including extension you may need to add/share in payment of electric bill if and only if the bill is more than average consumption.
