Our space is a personally designed home (approx. 60sqm or 645sqft) at Kaytitinga II, Alfonso Cavite. Alfonso Cavite is known for its crisp weather and clean breeze of air. Our goal is to create a functional, light, and serene space while maintaining a modern feel home within a farmland.
FEATURES & AMENITIES
Each room has their own surrounding balcony where children love to run around over and over. We believe in having a clean and cozy space to chill and relax with cool air & forest-feels enveloping you while sipping your Kapeng Barako we serve for free to help you relax and unwind.
BEDROOM:
Inspired by our own family homes where we share rooms with our kids and elders, our sleeping area transforms the pull-out queen size beds style into a modern family slumber suite. It can be a space for 2 to 4 happy family members and friends per room. You can even book the whole place (2 bedrooms) good for 8 people.
LIVING SPACE:
Lounge in your bed or relax in our L-shaped living space with a 43” Smart Android TV where you can indulge in your favorite series on Netflix. Connect using our free Wi-Fi (with speeds ranging from 15-20 Mbps).
Our bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning system, but most guests love opening their windows at night and allow the cool breeze of Tagaytay fill the room while they sleep.
Kitchen & Dining: Indulge in our intimate kitchen space equipped with cooking essentials (electric kettle, rice cooker, electric stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, various cookware, and utensils). Our dining area comes with complete dining cutlery good for all guests (plates, glasses, spoons, forks, knives).
T&B: Our clean white bathroom is equipped with water heater to make you feel relaxed on a busy day. We provide towels and basic toiletries for your convenience, at no extra charge.
We open our doors and welcome you to enjoy our own private home and invite you to keep our home as you would with yours. Cleaning materials like brooms, dustpan, and mop can be used to tidy up when you need to.
PARKING SPACE: Our farm can accommodate up to 4 cars.
Guests can freely walk around the 2,000sqm area and observe how my uncle/caretaker, maintain our mini farm where we harvest varieties of vegetables and fruits. When there are available vegetables for harvests, you may ask our caretaker for the price if interested to buy organic veggies you can cook right away or take home.
We have a caretaker who manage the farm but you may message me directly so that I can assist you as soon as I can for your other concerns.
We are 10 to 15mins away from Twin Lakes so that you can eat at your favorite restaurants with views of Taal.
We are 15 to 20mins away from Luksuhin Market were locals sells the most affordable meats & veggies.
We are 15mins away from Don Bosco Chapel on the hill and 25mins away from Caleruega Chapel of Transfiguration in case you need to attend special events.
Since our farm is still under development, please expect that the house below is not yet finished but you may use it for dining and eating together.
Kindly bring insect repellant as the house is located within a forest-like area.
