This unit is in the 20th floor of Jazz Residences with balcony that provides a relaxing view of the pool and amenity floor area.
This 1 BR is ideal for solo or couple travellers who wants a quite respite from the day's work and yet close to everything- jazz mall is just located at the ground floor. Jazz mall houses a bank, supermarket, pharmacy, hardware, clinic, salon, spa and an array of restaurants.
Our unit at Jazz residences is a homey place to stay right at the heart of Makati City.
Fully furnished 1 BR with study/work table.
In addition, we provide the following:

2. Fresh bath (2) and hand towel
3. Clean pot holder and kitchen towel.
4. 1 roll of toilet tissue and 1 soap, 1 shampoo

The pool can be accessed for a fee of P150/pax or P300/pax on holidays. Guest should register directly with the admin and pay at their office.
Gym is NOT available to guests.

Accessible to the airport, Central Business District of the Philippines and nearby malls of Makati City - Greenbelt, Glorietta, Landmark, SM Makati City, Century Mall, Cash and Carry Mall, etc.
Jazz Residences has its own mall with grocery, coffee shop and an array of restaurants within the Mall.
You can easily search for a grab car or a taxi cab at Jazz (for grab search for "SMDC Jazz Residences Tower D" - you can use this for G oogle Map / Waze search if you are driving personally). Public transportation is also very accessible. Parking is with a fee per hour and with an overnight parking fee.
Upon booking, please provide your Identification card and email address, will then email the Property Management Office (PMO) for authorization of your stay with us. This is self check in with smart lock, will provide the eight digit code. It is important to press the # after entering the 8 digit code to unlock the door.
