The unit has refrigerator, microwave, eletric kettle, rice cooker, 2 burners and basic cooking stuff and washing machine in the balcony. 1BR unit with queen Bed, one sofa bed in the livings room and bathroom with hot shower. Close to US embassy, luneta park, university school and PGH hospital 8 minutes walk to Pedro Gil station. if you want to go to somewhere you can take a taxi infront of the building. upon check in there's access card in the building, in the lobby reception the guard will ask IS's nd payment for access card (Php 300 )pesos for each card but it's refundable upon move out you just have to give them back the card and they will give your money back. for the late night arrival just inform me so we can arrange your check in. for the monthly stay cleaning is not included while you are staying in the unit unless you are paying daily rate. if you want cleaner you have to pay the cleaner Php 300 every cleaning.
