1. Make sure that you sent the names of all guests to the host. (PLEASE SEND IT TO THE HOST'S VIBER number. (Message the host right away after your request to book is accepted and confirmed)
2. Very important that you have sent the copy your ID and ID's of all guests once your reservation is confirmed. Don't just book and not provide the IDs. because this is a requirement in processing the GUEST AUTHORIZATION FORM. Without this GAF, the front desk and the security personnel will not allow you to enter the unit. It will also affect your check in time. You might be asked to wait in the lobby for 3 to 4 hours until your GAF is released and acknowledged by the admin office. Please understand that there are many guests in the hotel and you might end up waiting. This is the reason why we asked you to send the names of all guests right away after your reservation is accepted and confirmed by the host. Especially the last minute reservations. Be sure that you have prepared all the ID and was able to send us the earliest possible time. If you fail to do this, you will wait for 3 to 4 hours before you can be register and check in.
