Please note that this unit is at a high floor as it is located at the penthouse floor, and we need all guest valid ids who will stay in the unit for authorization

Please note that swimming pool is closed until Oct 27, 2024 or until further notice.

Before booking our property, please take note of the following important information:
1. Check in/out Process: This is a self check in and out process, you have to follow and read the instructions we will be sending before you in and out
2. Early Check-in: Requests for early check-in are subject to availability and will incur a fee of ₱100 per hour. We suggest booking the day before your preferred date to ensure availability.
3. Late Checkout: Requests for late checkout are subject to availability and will incur a fee of ₱200 per hour. If you want to stay till 3pm please note that it is consider 1 night
4. Pool Amenities: Pool is open from Tuesday to Sunday, 6am to 10pm with a fee of ₱150/head for regular days and ₱300/head for holidays. Please note that you have to go at our admin office/lobby to get a voucher if you want to access the pool.
5. Visitors: Unauthorized guest or persons are not allowed. Please send us a message if you will be inviting a persons to the unit
6. Children: Children under 3ft are free of charge in the room only.
7. Clean As You Go: Please wash your used dishes. Failure to do so may result in a charge of ₱200 for additional extra time that my cleaner will do
8. Number of Guests: Please always declare the number of people staying, as the extra fee is for providing extra mattress, bedsheet, and blankets for their use.
9. Toiletries: We provide 2 of each item (bath towels, face towels, tissues, shampoo & conditioner, and soap). These items are not replenished. Additional fees apply for extra requests, including linen changes or cleaning.
10. Smoking Policy: No smoking inside the room. If the unit smells we will have it report to agoda Support
11. Footwear Policy: No slippers, shoes, sandals, or any footwear allowed in the bedroom area
12. Valid. ID: All guests staying must send a valid id for the authorization and processing to our building management
13. Parking: There's no available parking on the premises. You may park in
