The unit has a DOUBLE bed as well as 2 single airbeds when you need them and a small sofa and is good UP TO 4 PEOPLE, FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN, Fast Wifi Internet, 35 Inch Flat Screen TV with Streaming Services, PS3 with lots of games. Very near attractions like VENICE GRAND CANAL MALL and others. Transport options include tricycle, jeepney, private cars via Grab which is plenty around the area. You'll love this place because of the location, the ambiance and the amenities surrounding the area.
CHECK IN/OUT PROCESS:
Upon successful booking, we will be sending instructions to you on agoda's messaging system. Upon arrival in the area, you will need to leave your id with the front desk. After that, just proceed to your room. An email will be sent to you for the details upon successful (URL HIDDEN) You can check in anytime after 3pm and checkout anytime before 11am. Detailed information will be sent to you after you complete a reservation with us.

*NO parties or loud noise after 10pm, this is a residential neighborhood
*NO pets of any kinds(message us first)
*NO excessive guests other than stated in the reservation
*NO smoking inside or around our unit
These are the main 4 rules. Violation in any of these rules will result in termination of your reservation and charged for the security deposit. There are more house guidelines to be considered as well
- Any damage or lost items will be charged by the signed guest.
- Please take care of your personal belongings. Unit owners will not be liable/responsible for any lost guest items.
- Penalty of PHP 500.00 for stained fabrics or furniture will be imposed.
- Kindly ensure that upon check out that the unit is in the same condition when rented out.
- Do not keep any garbage inside the unit. There is a designated garbage room near the elevator where you can throw it.
- Security deposit of PHP 2,000 will be collected upon check in and will be returned back in full upon check out if there is no damage/lost/stained items are found.
- Ensure to turn off the lights/electrical items when not in use. Kindly conserve water for the sustainability of our mother earth.
