My place is 32 sqm corner unit w/ 1 BR and balcony located at the 17th floor.The living and kitchen area can accommodate 4 persons.You can stay here while exploring Manila,shopping,on business trip or simply winding up with friends or with (URL HIDDEN)The unit is completely furnished w/ everything you might need during your stay and we make sure that you feel the comfort of your space. There is a big balcony w/a coffee table and chairs where you can sit and have a cup of your coffee while enjoying the stunning view of Manila Bay and its breezy atmosphere around the city view.The good thing with my unit is that it is a corner unit and balcony is open (URL HIDDEN) is not sensitive to cigarette smoke.If you smoke at the balcony it can not be detected by the smoke detector inside the unit as long as the balcony door is closed. The kitchen utensils and equipment are available for your cooking and dining needs where you can cook if you prefer to cook instead of buying. Should you prefer not to cook, a microwave and oven toaster is available for heating up your food. There is an electric water heater and a coffee maker should you want a cup of hot coffee or cocoa drink. The living area is equipped w/ entertainment set with television sky cable.Strong internet connection is also available. The bed room has 1 double size bed with 1 bed(pull- out) and sofa bed w/ pillows and linens are well provided. There is enough storage cabinet for your stuffs. Toilet and bath come with a water heater and bidet.Water flow is strong. Toiletries will be provided upon check-in with fresh towels and toilet paper. We will also provide you a clean slippers that you may use in the building specially if you want to go swim in the pool. Automatic with drier washing machine is available in the unit.
