It's a 28square meter room designed for transient tourists or people who want to get away from their homes for a few days. The space is ideal for four people. AZURE URBAN RESORT RESIDENCES
NOTE: Please do not lose the VISITORS PASS CARD. LOST VISITORS PASS CARD IS 500PHP EACH.
-Booking 12pm ONWARDS same day as Check-In needs to wait for at least 2 hours for the approval of the GUESTS ADVISORY FORM (COPY and OF GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID of all guests must SUBMIT) and confirmation from the verifier.
Parking is NOT AVAILABLE (available pay parking is at the CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY- first come, first serve)
*Check-in time is at 2:00 PM and check-out time is at 12:00 AM. The two-hour window period will be used to prepare the unit for the next guest.
*No cigarette smoking inside and outside the unit (balcony).
*For 2 days and above please maintain cleanliness-and take out the trash properly to avoid bugs and insects inside the unit. Trash bins are located near the Fire exit on the same floor.
*Do not leave anything in front of the main door-Entrance.
*We allow only light cooking inside the unit but FISH and other stinky food are not allowed to cook inside the unit.
*No pets and unregistered guests are allowed.
*Strictly No Visitors Allowed. Failed to do so will be charge 350/person.
*Please respect the building’s noise curfew from 10:00 PM onwards.
*Turn off the AC, television, and lights when leaving the premises for an extended period.
*Observe proper decorum at all times while in the condominium complex.
*Your host will NOT pay for any penalty fees imposed on you and he will NOT supersede sanctions for grave offenses, which include possible expulsion.
*Illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
*Do not rearrange the furniture pieces.
*Any Damaged items will be CHARGED accordingly.
-Stubborn stains caused by guests on PILLOWS, BEDSHEETS, TOWELS AND SOFA; extra cleaning fee will be charged to guests.
*No hanging of clothes, towels etc. in the balcony (guests will pay the fine if refused to obey)

*We are providing for free 1 extra bed covers and 2 extra towels for minimum of 2 weeks of stay.
