The space
Introducing my glamorous brand new one bedroom condo unit at the Grass Residences in the heart of Quezon City.
Inside my cozy and stylish brand new one bedroom condo unit, you'll find a full double size bed (54"x75") and a full size sofabed where two persons can sleep comfortably at the same time. It is covered with fresh white linens, and with blankets and pillows, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
This is an open 1br condo unit but if you need the privacy of the bedroom, there is a Sliding Accordion Door that is hidden and stored inside the cabinet and you can have it pulled out and make it as a divider that will separate the bedroom to the living room area. It also has a door lock for your privacy.

The bathroom is stocked with essential amenities including towels, dental kits, toiletries and hot and cold shower.
In the living room you'll find a big sofabed where you can sit comfortably while watching movies on Netflix or your favorite local channels on cignal cable.
The fully equipped kitchen caters to all your culinary needs, featuring a portable stove, microwave oven, heating kettle, refrigerator and cooking and dining utensils. If cooking isn't your preference, plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby offer delectable local and international cuisine.
Guest access
For access to our swimming pools and amenities such as the fitness gym, badminton and basketball courts, you can purchase vouchers at the billing office during office hours from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturday for a separate fee of 150 pesos per head per day. Please be aware that only individuals who are listed in the visitor's pass shall be permitted to purchase these vouchers, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all our guests. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Other things to note
In order to proceed with a reservation, we kindly request that all guests to provide a valid government issued ID. For foreign guests, a passport will be required, while students may present their school ID's or birth certificates.
Please note that only registered guests will be permitted to enter the unit and visitors who are not registered will not be granted access to the premises of Grass. These requirements have been put in place to prioritize the safety and security of all our guests and to adhere to Grass Condominium's regulations.
