The place is situated at Air Residence. It's a one bedroom unit with one double size bed, a study table, and a cabinet. Outside the bed room is a 50 inch Smart TV, a pull-up sofa bed, a full kitchen good for cooking small meals.
The condominium has a small playground, a spacious lobby, a great study and meeting area, and a breezy swimming pool located at the eight floor.

These are the three main 1-2 minutes walking distance destinations from your ground floor lobby.
Pro Tip: The park has a very chill vibe especially in the late afternoon.
Also, just take a 5-15 minute drive using Ayala Avenue and get to Greenbelt, Glorietta, SM Makati, and Landmark.

Parking:
The streets of SMDC Air Residences are Malugay Street and Yakal Street. The easiest parking area is at the basement of Air Mall. Its a pay parking of P50 for the first three hours and 20PHP every hour after three hours. The parking is usually has ample of vacancies.
Getting there, you will have to turn left form Malugay or Yakal. The private street will lead you to the basement of Air Mall. You will see a parking guard , tell them that you are heading to the MALL, not the condo, to avoid confusions. The guard will tell you your parking space number.
You can also park at the mall of The Rise called Assembly, but its a bit much expensive there.
To sum it up, the best thing about this condo are these three things.
1. Your view at the bed room, marvel the city lights at night.
2. The park outside, its just very nice to chill and hangout there in the afternoon.
3. The 8th floor outdoor pool. It's breezy and very relaxing. (*add fee)
