You will love the minimalist yet cozy interior of my place, I furnished and designed the place myself and lived here for a bit too so everything in the unit is catered to make sure you have everything you need to make your stay comfortable!
Please note that the sleeping area is a loft bed and the space is suitable for:
-solo
-couples
-friends
-families with older children
The unit is on a book at your own risk for families with young children :) We are NOT liable for any accidents.
The space will comfortably host 2-3 pax, can accomodate up to 5pax. You may avail an extra bed for P300 pesos. We will provide extra hygiene kits and towels for extra pax availing an extra bedding.
Guests may access the whole condo unit including all common areas such us the main lobby, the gardens and the swimming pools.
If you wish to swim, pool ticket is required:
P150 for regular days
and P300 for holidays
Please let me know in advance so I can purchase these for you ahead of time.
Trees condotel is situated near SM Fairview and Ayala Fairview Terraces. There are lots of greenery as we have gardens in between the buildings that you may take early morning or late night strolls in, whichever you fancy. The neighborhood is super secured and we have roving guards around 24/7.
Getting around is easy, you may ride public transport just outside the gate! Taxis or grab is also always available. If you will be bringing a car, I can also arrange pay parking for you.
If you are bringing a car, let me know in advance as well so I can secure a parking ticket for you. Parking fee is secured inside the condo and is P250 overnight.
Security deposit of P1000 is required. This will be refunded within 24h after the stay.
