We also have 2 caretakers/househelp that is staying in the place and have their own room, they can also help you whenever you need anything.
Peaceful, very province vibe within the metro. Houses are far with each other and secured as it is inside a village and have security guards that roam around the village every night.
Spacious parking lot is outside the gate. No need to worry because it is all vacant lots. There is a half cemented road for the cars to get in, don’t worry even Mustangs can get in.
House Rules (Terms & Conditions)
1. 50% Deposit is required upon (URL HIDDEN) (NON REFUNDABLE)
2. For cooking at the property, use of stove is P1,500 good for your whole stay. Cooked foods are allowed with corkage fee of ₱1,000 unlimited. Drinks are allowed with corkage fee of ₱1,000 unlimited. *Please take note we will not provide any condiments and bringing your own pans is highly recommended, for grilling we are not selling charcoal.*
3. All foods should be ordered in advance before day of stay. Please see our Menu or opt for our Paluto(Separate payment, 8 Dishes with Dessert and Coke good for 15PAX/DISH ₱10,000 ONLY)
4. A P5,000 security deposit fee is required upon check-in for incidental damages (e.g. Plates, Utensils, Glasses
missing or broken, Bedsheets, Pillowcases, Comforters, Duvets, Towels are stained, pen marks, etc.)*THIS IS REFUNDABLE WHEN CLEARED*
5. The use and/or possession of illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia is strictly prohibited inside the property.
6. There is no smoking inside the property.
7. Strictly no pets allowed. Failure to follow this rule will result in a P5,000.00 penalty fee.
8. Guests are required to conduct themselves in a reasonable manner at all times. Should the quests become unruly, management has the right to evict guests from the property with no refund.
9. Guests shall be held responsible for the proper use of the facilities including furniture, appliances, and equipment.Management reserves the right to hold the guests liable for any damages and/or loss of property. Damages and breakages must be reported to the caretaker. Guests must settle their liabilities before leaving the resort's premises.
10. Please observe cleanliness. Management will charge a cleaning fee of P1,000.00 or more (FORFEITING OF
SECURITY DEPOSIT) for excessive dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning. We do not allow confetti cannons/poppers or glitter bombs to be used inside the resort.
11. Management shall be free from any damages, liability, or responsibility as a result of any unlawful and/or wrongfulact committed by the guests.
12. Management shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries or any untoward incident that may occur while inside the resort premises.
13. Guests must inform the management if they plan to decorate or post for a special occasion. There's a allotted space for it.
14. Do not leave your personal belongings unattended. Management shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.
15. Pool Rules:
Shower before entering pool.
Use Restrooms.
NO diving.
NO running,
NO Pushing.
NO rough play.
NO food or drinks allowed in the pool area.
NO glass or breakable containers in the pool area.
Children (14 and under) must be accompanied by an adult while swimming at all times.
Do not use the pool while intoxicated (drunk).
16. For safety reasons, quests are prohibited from bringing in any type of stove and propane tanks (e.g. Butane stove, electric stove, ("Superkalan"), unless otherwise allowed by management.
17. Use of any personal things owned by the resort are prohibited. Guests must let the caretaker know before touching and/or using anything. (e.g Plates, Glasses, Utensils, Karaoke, Arcade, Air Conditioning, Refrigerator, Microwave)*THIS IS TO AVOID UNWANTED AND EXTRA CHARGES IN CASE OF DAMAGING OR BREAKING AN ITEM*
18. Use of videoke or other sound amplifying equipment is prohibited after 10:00 PM. This is in accordance with the mandatory law set by the local government. FAILURE TO FOLLOW WILL HAVE A PENALTY OF P3,000.00.
To clarify po about our cooking policies, may ihawan po na pwede po magamit sa place, pwede rin po magdala ng pang samgyup electric grill or with butane po. May mga plates, utensils, glasses, refrigerator, rice cooker and electric kettle din po na pwede magamit sa place. Pwede rin po kayo magdala ng cooked foods niyo po or magpadeliver may corkage lang po na ₱1,000 unlimited na po yun ganun din po sa drinks ₱1,000 unlimited na rin po.
