Pioneer Woodlands is a modern and stylish condominium located in the Central EDSA Mandaluyong City. Our unit is perfect for couples, solo / business travelers, and small families who are looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city.
The condo unit consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and 1 bathroom. It can accommodate a maximum of 5 persons.
Stay cozy in the living area and enjoy the full HD Smart television. Netflix and Wi-Fi are available.
The dining area has a dining table.

There is paid parking within the premises however if the booking is done at least a day early, we can try to arrange the parking for your convenience.

Our standard check-in time is 2 pm and check-out is before 11 am. However, please inform us of your approximate arrival time so we can process your check-in with the building reception.
