Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Walking distance to MRT Kamuning/GMA station and a 10 minute drive to SM and Ayala malls.
This is a semi smart unit. You can voice command the kitchen and office light including the switch on/off of aircon. You can talk to Alexa and ask questions or even just request your favorite song.
Upon booking confirmation, I will send you a link to download the August App for keyless entry. Please make sure you are using an Android or IOS phone to download the August or Yale App.
Free access of pool is available upon reservation in the lobby a day before your schedule. Close every Monday for cleaning.
Please note that the building is still at its final stage of completion and there are some units that are bare and still on-going renovation. Rest assured that building rules are being implemented to provide you a safe and peaceful stay.
