Cozy & minimalist stay in Roxas Boulevard, Metro Manila with unlimited wifi and HD-Smart TV! We make sure our place is simple and neat for our guest. We cater our guests requests to make their stay comfortable. We are located in the heart of Manila- meaning close to the famous Manila landmarks and tourist spots. There is a laundry lounge in the building so it is easier! There is a BDO Unibank, AlfaMart Grocery, Miniso, Touch Pay, Salon, and Meat Shop also.
It is a 29 sqm 2 bedroom condo unit at 19th floor of Coast Residences located at Dapitan Street Roxas Boulevard, Metro Manila right after Buendia Flyover. It has a 1 queen size bed, single size bed and sofa bed so 4 to 6 people to stay are allowed.
The guests have access to the pool area at 7th floor which is open from 6am to 10pm. Pool pass if 150 PHP on regular days and 300 PHP on holidays and it can be purchased at the reception/looby during office hours.
My guests can message me anytime if they need any assistance during their stay.
We are located in the heart of Manila- meaning close to the famous Manila landmarks and tourist spots. WTC, PICC, CCP & Star City are walking distance. 15 mins drive to NAIA, 8 mins drive to MOA & IKEA, 11 mins drive to US Embassy, 13 mins drive to Luneta Park & 15 mins drive to Okada.
There is a paid street parking and building parking. It is easy to get a taxi in front of the building.
Parking Charges:
1 to 2 hours : 40 PHP
Succeeding hours: 10 PHP
Overnight: 70 PHP (9:01 pm to 6:59 am)
Lost Ticket fee: 300 PHP
