-10 rooms in total inside the compound. 2 guests max per room.

Max check-out at 11am. We need time to sanitize all areas with disinfectants and UVC lights before next guest checks in.
Guest access:
Guests of the property can use the shared bathroom, kitchen, and outdoor deck.
Bathroom:
-Limit of 45min total bathroom use to avoid congestion.
Jacuzzi: located at the outdoor deck. Rate: 300 for 2 hours.
Parking: Available just outside the gate of the property. Three slots only. By reservation. Parking fee: P200/night for car; P100/night for motorcycles. Payment to be made to our housekeepers.
Strict House Rules:
General rules:
NO visitors of guests guests allowed inside the premises. Only guests registered for the room are allowed.
NO pets allowed.
Clean as you go policy for bathrooms and kitchen since these spaces are shared.
Outdoor deck rules:
NO drinking of alcohol allowed.
NO unauthorized photoshoots or parties allowed.
NO socializing on the outdoor deck after 10pm.
Smoking ONLY at designated smoking table.
Please note that we are very strict with these rules and that we have kicked out unruly guests that have disturbed or held parties before.
