Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Its 7-8 minutes drive to BGC, Market! Market, SM Aura Premier, Venice Grand Canal Mall and 15-20 minutes away from the airport (NAIA Terminal 1, 2 & 3). The new city hall of Taguig is just right beside it.

Its a studio unit with two double beds that can accomodate four person.

Swimming Pool details and schedule:
1. Kiddie pool - 2ft & 3 ft
2. Adult pool - 4ft
3. Schedule of Adult Pool 7 am to 10 pm Closed on Monday for Maintenance
4. Schedule of Kiddie Pool 7 am to 10 pm Closed on Tuesday for Maintenance

Abbreviated house rules for guest/s as per Grace Property Management:
1. All guest/s must be fully vaccinated. Present vaccination card upon entry.
2. No pets of any kind is allowed within the property.
3. Grace Residences is a non-smoking property; No Smoking Policy is observed on all common areas within the complex.
4. Swimming pool may be used by the authorized guest/s provided all assessments are settled and corresponding fees are paid, (Php 150.00 for regular days and Php 300.00 during holidays). Posted swimming pool rules and regulations shall be strictly followed by all authorized guest/s. (For 39 sqm. below 2 guest/s only and for 40 sqm. above a maximum of 4 guest/s is allowed).
5. Gym facilities is for exclusive use of the resident/s only. Gym is off limits to guest/s.
6. No parking slot is available for guest/s.
7. Processing of GAF (Guest Authorization Form) must be send within business hours.
Cut off period: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday 9 am to 12 nn.
