Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The apartment is a fully-furnished condo unit located at Paseo Verde Condominium in Las Piñas City. Room is located at the 7th floor wherein guests can easily access the Sky Garden, a common terrace area of the building.
The room is equipped with basic home essentials and WIFI is also present. It has a bedroom with a double-size mattress and there is also a huge space for wardrobe. A 40-inches Android TV with Netflix is in the living room area. There is also a 2-seater dining table and a functional kitchen counter with basic appliances, cooking utensils, dinnerware, and refrigerator. Bath towels, toiletries, and tissue paper are also provided upon check-in.
Access to condo amenities such as swimming pool & gym are free of use for tenants with minimum of 1month stay. Swimming pool is open every Tuesday to Sunday only, from 8am-6pm. Short-term renter may also use the swimming pool by paying the corresponding fee to the Admin Office.
Pay and Free Parking are also available inside the vicinity.
