Cozy Folk Poblacion is a place where comfort and convenience collide. It is thoughtfully designed with the intent to provide you a home away from home where you can pause from your daily grind, be in the moment, and have a good time.

Our homes are conveniently located right in the heart of Poblacion—hub of the hippest and trending party places, IG-worthy cafes, and must-try restos in Makati. We are also close to top dining and shopping destinations such as Rockwell and Century City.

This June, we are opening another home for you.

Live out your Pinterest dreams in our Cozy Folk Home. With an area of 120 sqm, our place is big enough to fit 8 to 11 guests in our 3 fully-furnished airconditioned bedrooms:

1. Squad Room – 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed with its own bathroom
2. Queen Room – 1 queen bed
3. Double Room – 2 double beds

Our comfortable beds, pillows, and linens are sure to bring you a good night sleep. Our bedrooms also have enough closet space for your personal belongings and even a study desk for when you need an area to do work.

We have a spacious open kitchen where you can whip up some easy-to-cook meals or even your most special dishes. A stove, refrigerator, some basic cookware, dinnerware, and utensils are available and free for you to use. Our Nordic-style dining table can't wait to be a part of your feast. Or if you are feeling too lazy to cook, food deliveries are also allowed.

Our living area features a 55-inch Smart TV where you can watch some Youtube videos or catch up on your favorite series on Netflix. You can spend your day lounging in our couch, we promise we won’t judge.
