Welcome to Jazz Residences! Your urban home away from home centrally located in bustling heart of Makati City. You will have the convenience of a supermarket and a variety of restaurants and establishments located just below the condominium. The unit is fully equipped with furniture, appliances, kitchenware, beddings, towels and a guest kit.
Our property offers a queen sized bed and a convertible sofa bed, providing comfortable lodging for 4. The kitchenette is perfect for preparing meals, and the bathroom is compactly complete with a convenient washing machine for dirty laundry.
The SMDC building complex offers easy access to local attractions and restos. With space for WFH setup, it provides convenience for remote workers or those needing a comfortable space to focus.
Guests will have exclusive access to the unit at the designated building in the complex (4 buildings). Details for accessing ammenities are below:
Pool:
- Php150 per pax for the pool access on Regular days, Php300 per pax for the pool access on Holidays. Pre-registration is needed to obtain a pass to the pool
- Open 6am-10pm, Tuesday - Sunday (Monday closed for cleaning)
Parking:
- Hourly parking rates with an additional P300 overnight fee
Mall:
- Full access to the mall, restaurants, and establishments located at the ground floor
Mini park (6th floor):
- Free
Interaction with other guests will only be in the building's common areas. Designated units will be strictly private to you.

Everything is within walking distance but taxi/Grab is the best way to book a ride. Angkas motorbike if you are adventurous.
The location is only a few minutes ride to Greenbelt, Makati Ave, Trident Tower, Ayala Malls Circuit, BGC, Makati Medical Center, Rockwell, Century City Mall, Makati City Hall, and One Ayala Terminal.
