Unit has a refrigerator, cooking appliance, cookware, utensils, and TV. Window blinds, blackout curtains and drapes throughout to keep the unit cool. Dining table with marble top and 4 chairs and sectional couch located in dining/living room combo. Bathroom shower and sink has available hot water and toilet has a bidet installed. Legrand Tower 1 is one of the newer condo buildings in Eastwood City. Nice ceiling height and hallways are wide unlike other old condo buildings in Eastwood City. The unit living area is 50 square meters. You will feel the spaciousness and you will love the views. Best time of the year is when they have fireworks in Eastwood City and throughout the area during New Year's and Chinese New Year's. You have unobstructive views of Marikina, Pasig and Antipolo. Also, when you exit the other side of the building on the ground floor, you will immediately see the easy access going to Eastwood city walk mall and next door is the laundry service. For breakfast, you have Pan de Manila, Pancake House, Bo's Cafe, Dunkin Doughnuts, Krispy Kreme and around the corner is also a 24-hour Mini-Stop. A short walk to 24-hour McDonald's, 24-hour Denny's and shopping in the middle of Eastwood. If music and bar is what you are looking for, then they have 24-hour of that too. Don't forget to checkout the Cybermall, and of course our very own posh mall, Eastwood Mall, and not too far away (about two blocks) is the new S&R Libis just like Costco.
