Our place is about 56 sqm with 3 bedrooms and 2 T&B, Netflix, and Fibr (wi-fi) connections, located at the 18th Floor. You will see Manila Bay and Intramuros from your window.
You have a full kitchen and rest/living room to make you comfortable during your stay.
The areas of the unit that can be occupied depend on the number of occupants booked.
Master's bedroom will be opened for 1-2 guests; 2 rooms if 3-4 guests; 3 rooms if 5-6 guests.
If you booked for two persons, a child can stay for free if the child sleeps in the master's bedroom together with the adult guests/parents. For reservations involving 2 occupants, only the master's bedroom will be opened. The other rooms and 1 toilet/shower area will be closed.
For two guest occupants, if you wish for two separate rooms, that is possible with an extra fee equivalent to one person per day because we need to open two aircon units for the two separate rooms.
If 3-4 adults occupy the unit, two rooms will be available (master's and 1 room with a bunk bed). Both have inverter air-conditioners. 2 bathrooms will be opened.
The bunk beds can accommodate persons up to 6'2" in height.
If you intend to use the pool or gym, you need to advise ahead so I can secure a permit for you. A proper outfit is required during swimming (no T-shirts). Cycling shorts and sleeveless tops (not cotton) are allowed.
Early check-in is possible if the unit is available. It is prorated at PhP 100 per hour. Early check-in is possible from 6 a.m. on the arrival date only. Earlier than 6 a.m. is considered one whole day.
There's pay parking in the iron gate near the property, front of SM Manila along San Marcelino St. You may opt to park at SM Manila.
