Primarily, the includes provisions for personal privacy, a clean, comfortable and safe environment for guest accommodations. It also includes the enforcement of certain regulations related to fire safety, personal security, building and Humble Homie Vacay property.
Please be aware that any misuse of the BUILDING/UNIT property or abused of regulations may result to termination of your guest privilege. Administration reserves the right to request that a guest vacate the premises for violation of the rules or behavior that infringes on the rights of others or violates the law.

Covent Garden South Tower building is “smoke free”. Smoking is not Allowed anywhere in the Building or the Unit. Anyone found to be smoking will be asked to check out immediately. NO REFUND will be provided and your ability to book in future stay will be revoked.

For your security, the premises are 24-hours security services, and maintenance; CCTV cameras installed in the building. 100% stand – by back-up automatic generator system for common areas. Has fire alarm and smoke detection system and two fire exits per tower. The building also has automatic fire sprinkler system installed.
