This new condo unit is fully furnished for a comfortable stay.
It can accommodate up to 4 guests (1 Queen-size bed and 1 sofa bed).
The living room has a 3 seater sofa bed, coffee table, mirror, lamp, and shelf. There is an extension cord with universal plug and usb outlets for easy plug & play.
For entertainment, there is a smart/Android 4K TV with Netflix, YouTube Premium, and Disney+. Wifi is unlimited with speed of up to 50 Mbps if you need to use for remote working.
The bedroom has a queen sized bed, cabinet with mirror, and a space where you can store your luggages. The balcony is facing the swimming pool.
Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. Shower comes with a heater.
The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, kettle, rice cooker, plates & utensils, and cookwares for guests to use. Coffee, tea, and drinking water are provided as complimentary!
Guests will have access to the entire unit.
Guests can use the pool for a fee of Php 150 php per person, Holidays rate at Php 300 per person.
There is paid parking on the premises, please contact me if you need information.
Guests will have the entire home for themselves and may contact host if assistance is needed. Self check-in is available by digital lock (key code will be provided).
Pets are not allowed

Quiet time is from 10pm to 7am
