This is One Bedroom Unit, has 27sq.m total Floor area. It has a balcony where you can stay and chill. You will enjoy the peacefully ambience of the unit, with complete necessities. This Condominium is few step away from SM Southmall, where you can buy anything that you need, Near NAIA and lots of establishments. Good place to hide from the stress and just watch Netflix and Chill. Good for Two pax but can accomodate up to Four pax. With washer if you choose to stay long term. There is no toiletries and towels available inside the unit. For on the spot booking please give us atleast 2 hours to get the unit ready for your stay. Please also check HOUSE RULE po muna before booking: ?Cooking is allowed, Just make sure not to cook smely food like dried fish ?Please bring your own toiletries. ?No smoking inside the house ?Wash all used dishes to avoid pests. Please take care of kitchen and dining wares. ?Conserve energy by turning off lights that are not being used. ?IMPORTANT: put your valuables (laptop, cash, phones, passport, etc) inside our cabinet. It is not our responsibility for lost items that are not safely stored. ?Make sure windows and doors are closed when you sleep at night to avoid insects ?Zero tolerance for drug abuse. ?Only confirmed guests are allowed to stay. ?Paid parking only NOTE: Wifi is prepaid only please expect weak signal at times.
