This property is a 1 bedroom loft with balcony & a view of the beautiful city. It has fast internet & a fully fitted kitchen. Its great for couples, business travellers & group travellers. with 20 mbps internet speed The space This one bedroom loft is located at the 30th floor, so the view from the balcony is just breathtaking! The bedroom upstairs has a double bed with very comfortable mattress. We can set up additional 2 foldable single beds upstairs for groups checking in. The unit has a split type air-condition unit upstairs and another one downstairs. The 32 inch television is set up downstairs at the living room, with Cignal Cable TV. The unit has a small laundry room with washer & dryer & has a toilet downstairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with a 4 burner stove top oven. I left some pots & pans, utensils, plates, etc in the unit, so it should be complete enough to prepare meals. Guest access All the building amenities such as the swimming pool, playground, gym, function room and lounge area can be accessed by guests.
