1 Bedroom condo unit is fully furnished unit with 1 bathroom, a kitchen room, washer, window AC (bedroom) & Split AC (living room), TV (Bedroom) and (Living room with Cable TV, FREE WiFi and 1 basement PAY parking slot (subject to availability). Everything you need to enjoy your stay in the country just right next to Marriott Hotel and across NAIA Terminal 3 with access to various restaurants, supermarkets, cinema and nightlife.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, induction cooker, microwave, Rice cooker, electric kettle, pots and pans, plates, cups, and utensils. The bathroom has shower heater.

There are 1 double bed and with floor mattress that can accommodate 3- guests. My place is good for families and can accommodate 4 guests.

Swimming pool is allowed for a maximum of 4 guests only. Every MONDAY no access to swimming pool for maintenance purposes. Tennis court is available subject to advance reservations. Fitness Center in Pinecrest is also free of charge during your stay.

I'm very responsible and hospitable host. I always accommodate as much as possible all guest request to make their stay memorable. I personally welcome all my guests and handover the keys and ensure that they are safe and comfortable during their stay.

The neighborhood is 24/7 safe and secure, with all points of interest just across the corner.

> Optional Private Transportation Available for Pick up and Send Off from NAIA (Terminal 1,2,3 and 4)
