[THE PROPERTY]
This unit is suitable for individuals or young couples looking for stay-cation, up to 4 persons. Those who have flight and are waiting for departure, sleep over this area after the concert. This space is really good for you. It's undoubtedly one of the best buildings at a great value price. Functional compared to a hotel room.
Shell Residences is located in the Central Business District of Pasay with easy access to Mall at Entertainment City, Bay-walk, IKEA, SMX Convention, Dampa Seaside Market, Baclaran Church's and entertainment area near this place. Mall of Asia (MOA) is just walking distance, 5 minutes by walk from main entrance. It's one of the largest shopping malls in Philippines. Casino area like OKADA MANILA, CITY OF DREAMS and SOLAIRE is accessible by free shuttle from Mall of Asia (MOA).

[IMPORTANT NOTES]
1. Authorization Letter:
Shell Res. requires authorization letter for all guests. After reservation, please provide a copy of each guest. Authorization will be based on the number of reservations.
Unregistered guest/VISITORS must be informed us at least before arrival. Email regarding your visitor to the admin is required by the security.
PLEASE NOTE that total of the person including the visitor must be total of 4 pax.
If the occupant or registered guest is already 4 pax it means you're not allowed to accept visitor.
2. Pool Access:
Guests can access the POOL with the corresponding fee, payment directly to the admin. Admin is open from Monday to Friday close at 5pm and half day every Saturday. The pool is open from 9 am to 8 pm and closed every Monday.
Pool Fee is 150 pesos per head and regular days, 300 for holidays.
3. Parking space:
Shell Building (outdoor): First come, first served basis. with fee
Private Parking (basement): For reservation, 400 pesos per night
[RULES]
1. One valid government issued ID for each guest should be sent after reservation to prepare an authorization letter of your stay.
2. Smoking is strictly not allowed in this building and inside the unit.
3. Hanging clothes on the balcony railing is not allowed.
4. Alteration request date; if the new date is 1 and 2 days prior to your check in date the additional fee will be requested. If not agree, the request will not be accepted.

5. Those reservations are done on Saturday after 11 am, Sunday and on the spot reservation after 4pm will not be authorized as a guest. The admin is closed from 12 noon of Saturday until Sunday and weekdays from 5pm so that no one can approve the authorization letter.
In this case guests can still enter and stay but ID will be deposited until your check-out time. No access to the pool and no visitors allowed while the authorization letter is not approved.
6. You are allowed to use the kitchen and clean as it was.
7. One valid government issued ID for each guest should be sent after reservation to prepare an authorization letter of your stay.
8. Cleaning request during your stay; PHP700
Includes Change beddings, towels and doormat. Supply tissue, refill shampoo and bath gel.
9. WIFI passwords can be found in the router or small notes beside the television.
10. Please do not use the bed to iron clothes. If bedsheets are damaged, 500 pesos will be charged as penalty.
