You deserve a simple but elegant way to relax in our hotel-inspired accommodation at a resort-like condominium centrally located at Mall of Asia complex.
This is a newly-designed 25sqm studio unit located in Tower 1 Shore 2 Residences with a view of the pool and playground from the balcony. You will have a functioning kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi and 43" UHDTV, multi-functional work/dining table, a king bed that can convert to two singles.
Here are several ways you can enjoy our space:
Memorable couple night: Cozy up in our king bed covered with clean, white sheets, and have an intimate wine night and get close while watching the latest horror flick on Netflix.
BFF Day or Night: Order pizza and bond while laughing through a chick-flick or a tearjerker kdrama. Our bed can be converted into two single beds perfect for your BFF slumber party.
Work-At-Home: We have high-speed internet and a work table space so you can alternate between zoom meetings and enjoying all the amenities nearby. Dip or swim using two (soon it will be three!) resort pools.
Feel like going out?
You can walk to Mall of Asia, access restaurants, and buy something you don't really need at IKEA. =p

Stay less than a km away with us.

You will have a reserved, free parking at the basement of Tower A Shore Residences, located just across our condo.
Guests have access to swimming pools, playground, and jogging path.
Swimming pool pass costs 150 pesos per person per day and 300 pesos on holidays.
The Shore Residences reception requires an approved Guest Authorization Form (GAF) for guests to access the building. You are requested to submit your ID, as soon as you confirm your booking, so we can provide you the approved GAF for a smooth check in.
If you will be bringing a second car, you may park overnight in the pay parking area. Parking fee is P50 for the first 4 hours + P50 per succeeding hour + P300 overnight charge.
