Swimming pool: With a corresponding fee of Php150/guest shall be charged on regular days and Php300/guest during holidays. Pool open from 6am to 10pm. Pool is closed every Monday for cleaning.
In front of CCP, PICC, World Trade Center, Near MOA, Baywalk, US Embassy, Entertainment City, and Casinos. Behind of the building is Makati City and also not that far to Manila City.
*Our unit is no parking space included; hence, there’s a pay parking in the building.
