Guests must properly coordinate about his/her arrival time or travel itinerary.
Guests must submit a copy of passport or any valid government ID once reservation is confirmed. These will be submitted to the building administration.
Guests have access to swimming pool, gym, and common areas.
We are not affiliated with the building services, any concerns must be coursed through us via agoda messaging and we will gladly assist you.
For long term guests, cleaning and change of beddings is done every after 5 days.
Only the registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking, vaping, e-cigarette, are strictly prohibited inside the unit.
Refrain from bringing deadly weapons and prohibited drugs.
Any equipment/device used for heavy gaming that consumes high electricity is strictly prohibited.
Do not move or remove any furnishings in the unit, installing fixtures, vandalism, and alterations without the permission from the host.
If guests will leave the unit, kindly turn off all the appliances especially the air- conditioning units.
Minimize noise level during late hours as not to disturb the neighbors and avoid partying.
Properly dispose trash in sealed bags in the garbage Shute to prevent pests.
Clean up the dishes and food containers after using.
Conserve water.
Refrain flushing foreign objects in the toilet bowl.
