Access to swimming pool requires a daily fee of P150 per person (regular days), P300 per person (holidays) for a maximum of 4 guests.

Purchase of pool passes at condo office (condo office hours: 9am-6pm daily (til 1pm only on Saturdays and closed on Sundays).

Parking: Shore Tower D shares the parking with Shore Residences. Parking rate is P50 first 4 hours; succeeding is 50/hr thereafter; P300 overnight parking fee.

Guests can contact me anytime during their stay and there will be someone available to be in the unit if necessary.

Bar and Restaurants are just in the vicinity (ground floor of the building).

A P1,000 security/accidental deposit shall apply per confirmed booking and will be collected on the day of check-in. The refund will be given back upon check-out.
