We are located a few metres from the Port of Manila overlooking the container loading area, just a short distance from Intramuros, Binondo and Ermita. We are about 10 minutes by TukTuk, Grab or Taxi from Manila Cathedral.
Room is suitable for budget guest requirements - includes private room with own kitchenette / own bathroom / own 43 inch smart TV with streaming / window with street view. Up to 3pax.
Rodel & Jean our co-hosts live on-site and will meet you on arrival.
Room is same size as a small hotel room, about 22 square meters. Modern and secure. We have CCTV installed on the building entrance and corridors like a modern hotel for safety.
Beds are very comfortable from BLIMS upscale furniture store, and sheets 100% cotton from SM Department Stores. All bedding is professionally cleaned after use by our sister company BELLA WASH LAUNDRY. For long stays we will arrange bedding to be washed periodically during your stay by advanced arrangement with you.
The main transportation in the community is tricycle, which goes to 2 different routes 1. Divisoria- a commercial center in Tondo, Manila known for its shops that sell low-prices goods. 2. Pier South, this terminal is walking distance to Intramuros a historic must be visited place, a home to Spanish era. Pier south is also your way from Baseco if you are heading to National Museum, Mall of Asia and Airport side. If required we have a private car with a driver who can take you to your destination for a small fee.
Cooking: The room has a fridge, single element electric stover, pot for boiling/ frying, rice cooker, kettle, silverware, plates, coffee mugs, glassware.

Port Side Manila, this is the place where you can experience the vibrancy of the Manila people and life. It's a bustling community, noisy during the day, quiet at night (after 10 or 11pm). There is a corner peso karaoke bar where the locals bang out tunes till about 10pm, and a Self Service Laundry open 6am till 9pm daily. Kiosks are open 24/7 and bakery, hairdressers and other small business's a short walk. Be inspired by the entrepreneurship and enterprise of this small community which has a village atmosphere, within the Metro Manila area.
Tricycle exchange is very accessible for quick short trips while GRAB RIDE for transfer to and from location and to/from other parts of the city, bus exchanges or airport. Recommended particularly for arrival with luggage.
We have staff from our corner Laundry, Bella Wash Laundry Baseco, and family members who live close and ready to assist you if needed.
