The nearest train station to Buenbyahe Rooms @ Urban Deca Tower EDSA is the Shaw Station of the MRT. If you are coming from there, you can simply take a ten-minute (or less) walk to the property. Do that by departing from Shaw Station and walking towards Shaw Boulevard. Then, right on to EDSA and continue walking until you reach the property which sits next to Alloy Industrial Supply Corp.

Security Deposit:

Property required Php 1,000 security deposit is required upon check in and refundable after 48 hours from the date and time of check out subject for stains, damage, losses, violation clearance report by our housekeeping team. Once the room has been cleared by our housekeeping personnel, your security deposit will be refunded through online transfers after 48 hours. Counting of refund is 8 hours per day because this is only our office hours in one day. 48/8= 6 days. This does not include weekends, holidays, outside office hours and other non-banking days.
Check in process :
This property required physical Valid ID of each guest upon check in, NO valid ID, No entry. Please note that there may be a long queue in the front desk especially during weekends. Please be patient as this is also for your safety and security.

Some room amenities are not provided inside the room but you can request if necessity such as hair dryer, Flat Iron , wine glasses, rice maker, books and reading materials, high chair , crib and other items you might need during your stay.
