1.) Where are you located?
Ans: We are located at the heart of Metro Alabang in Muntinlupa City. Anuva Residences by Socland Km.21 East Service Road Cupang Muntinlupa.
2.) Is medical certificate, swab test or rapid test required?
Ans: Yes, but not mandatory. We require our guests to present their vaccine card and valid ID's upon entry.
3.) Is there something else that I need to know before booking the place?
Yes, please read our amenities, inclusions and house rules before booking the place, so you will be guided accordingly on what to expect on our listing. We want to set your expectations for a better guest's experience.
4.) Is there a cleaning fee?
Ans: Yes, there is a cleaning fee in order for us to maintain the high standard of cleanliness. And to ensure the safety of our guests for each and every stay.
5.) Do you have covered paid parking?
Ans: Yes, we have basement parking for our guests base on availability. Please let us know so we can arrange it for you. Thanks
6.) Is the pool open? Is it for FREE?
Ans: Yes pool is for free. We have 2 free pool access in excess there is a pool fee of P150/pax. Pool is open from 12noon till 10pm for guests.
7.) Can I smoke inside the unit?
Ans: No, we don't have a smoking area in the unit. We have a smoke sensor/detector inside the unit. There is a designated smoking area outside the lobby entrance on the ground floor.
8.) Do you give discount?
Ans: Yes, we are running a promo from time to time. Add us on your wishlist so you can check us back for promos and discount.
9.) Is there an age restrictions for guests?
Ans: No, there isn't any restrictions anymore.
10.) Is the place shared with someone else?
Ans: No, the place is solely dedicated to our booked guests. Strictly no visitors allowed in the premise unless otherwise previously arranged with the host. We have cameras on the hallway for added security.
11.) Can I book using other payment options aside from credit or debit card?
Ans: No, Currently (URL HIDDEN) only accepts credit or debit card as a form of payment on the platform.
12.) Can I bring pets?
Ans: No, we don't allow pets.
13.) Can we have party on the place?
Ans: No, the place is suited for people who want to relax and spend quality time with their love ones or bonding time with friends.
14.) Do I need to pay for any damage on property?
Ans: Yes, you need to declare that something has been damaged or broken as a way of showing respect to our property. We expect our guests to be professional and treat our place with outmost care.
15.) Is there a power interruption/building renovation?
Ans: We don't expect any power interruption, any renovation or construction but any other concern that may arise beyond our control such as service interruption by the internet provider, water leakage, device is not working, neighbors doing renovation work or nearby construction going on etc. Rest assured, we are here to assist you in any possible way to resolve the issue ASAP to the best we can.
16.) Can we cook?
Ans: Yes definitely! We have fully equipped kitchen that you can use. Please clean as you go after cooking. You can also opt for food delivery for your convenience and pick it up at the lobby entrance.
17.) Can we check in late?
Ans: Yes, certainly you can. We offer self-check in option. Please coordinate with the host. Standard check in time is 2pm onwards.
18.) Can we check in earlier than we're supposed to?
Ans: Yes, that can be arranged on a case to case basis and we charge for it. Please coordinate with the host.
19.) Can we check out late?

20.) Is there a nearby shop/convenient store?
Ans: Yes, there is a 7/11 at the entrance opens 24/7. There's a nearby Starbucks and Marketplace located at Eastbay that you can go on foot for less than 10 minutes.
21.) Do you allow day tour or daycation?
Ans: Yes, we can arrange day tour or daycation depending on availability and promotion.
22.) Can we have an event in the place?
Ans: Yes, it's a case-to-case basis. It depends on what kind of event and the preparation needed.
23.) Is the place near the airport?
Ans: Yes, via Skyway from NAIA1,2&3 will take you 20-25 minutes or less.

The neighborhood is really peaceful. You can walk at night without a fear of being robbed or mugged. The condo is between Amkor Technology and Concepcion Industries. We are on the same stretch along side Rhapsody condo and Eastbay condo.
We are located on east service road. The condos in this area are accessible in spite of the ongoing construction of the new Skyway. From our place going to Sucat interchange is not very far. You can manage to go on foot or you can ride a jeepney.
Our place has a 7/11 store around the clock which you can get pretty much anything you want. Not far from our place, there is Starbucks you can lounge around and chill. Also a MarketPlace for groceries within proximity
If you're looking for a quiet and tranquil place then you come to the right place. A perfect place for couple to celebrate a special occasion and for friends to unwind.
***Coming from the North: From Makati, Ortigas, Pasay, Manila and other cities
-Take a bus south bound with signage Sucat Express, get off in Sucat exit just below the footbridge. You can take a jeepney and tell the driver to get off in Anuva.
***Coming from Las Pinas simply take Alabang-zapote jeepney get off in Starmall. Take Sucat jeepney northbound then get off right in front the entrance of Anuva.
-If you wish to take a jeepney from Pasay be sure to take Sucat kanan the one which passes the west service road. Get off in Sucat interchange, take the footbridge going to the east side. There you can find jeepneys going south take it and just remind the driver to drop you off at Anuva.
***Coming from the South from Laguna, Batangas, Bicol etc.
-Get off the bus in Starmall or South Station
-Get on the bus from Starmall going to Makati, Ortigas etc that passes through the Sucat exit. Get off in Sucat exit. From the exit there are jeepneys you can take going to the place.
