Pasay 1BR Rusroq by Evan Suite Wifi Netflix MOA

Unwind in our cozy suite that showcases a spacious and minimalist interior. It's located within Mall of Asia Complex, which may only take a 10 minute walk, and less if you do grab or cab. Commercial spaces are available, which include a convenience store, a noodle house, a tea house, milk tea shop, and a mall right across.
Designed with simplicity in mind, and a monochromatic palette with minimal colors used as accent. It's cozy and it provides enough room/space for up to four guests. I tried my best to only include things that I believe would be necessary for my guests. If you want to be close to the airport, this place is pretty much close to it, approximately 12-15minutes. If you're someone who needs to work remotely, I have a reliable wifi set up so you can keep working and stay connected online without hassle. There's a mall right across the residence so you can buy practically anything like your meals, groceries and almost anything - except there's no Starbucks. If you need a cup of good coffee there's Mcdonalds, 7/11 convenience store, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. We guarantee your stay to be stress-free and worthwhile.
The unit is Smartlock ready, I'll just provide you a key combination which you can only use during your stay.
Lobby is a shared ammenity for all guests/tenants/unit owners, but feel free to stay as much as you like, or meet friends and family.
The unit will be all yours, there are sets of kitchen tools, equipments and utensils that you can use.
Should you have any specific concern or request, feel free to let me know prior to check in so I can help you out.
