This is a condominium unit for family, friends or business travelers who are looking for a spacious and comfy home. There are 3 bedrooms in our unit. The number of bedroom that will be open is depending on the number of guests. Two (2)~Three(3) guests - Bedroom 2 only; Four(4)~Eight (8) guests - Bedroom 3 only; Nine (9)~Ten(10) guests - Bedroom 2 and 3 only; Eleven (11) and up - Bedroom 1, 2 and 3. You have the full access to kitchen. It is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker and induction cooker. Dinnerwares are good for 12 persons. Restaurant, supermarket, and other specialty store and services are located in the ground floor and second floor. We are near Wilcon, Savemore and Alphaland Southgate Mall. Location is accessible to BGC, Makati CBD, airport and EDSA. BGC Shuttle has terminal in the ground floor. MRT Magallanes station is beside the condominium. No shower heater in the unit. Any damages or non-adherence to house manual and rules shall incur penalty charges as follows: SMOKING: Php5,000 DISTURBANCE TO NEIGHBORHOOD (too loud music, noises, etc): Php10,000 SCATTERED GARBAGE: Php1,000 UNWASHED DISHES: Php1,000 Garbage, leftover food and unwashed dishes leads to infestation in the unit. Fees on damages on the property shall be charged according to repair or replacement. Remember this is home sharing and should be treated as your second home.
