Our unit at SMDC Grace Residences is a 23sqm condo located near Bonifacio Global City, Makati Central Business District, Ortigas Pasig and NAIA Airport Terminals. The place is perfect for couples, small family, and business or solo travelers.
The unit features a private balcony with pool and city view, a comfortable queen size bed with double size pull out mattress, wardrobe, office desk, 2-seater sofa and a dining table. It has a 32” TV with free access to Netflix and Youtube and free Wi-Fi connection.
Kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, fridge, rice cooker, electric kettle, cutlery, plates, cups, mugs, pans and basic cooking essentials for cooking.
The bathroom has a shower with water heater, bidet and a washing machine (see pictures on listing).
Fees for visitors (Kiddie and Lap Swimming Pools):
Regular days: 150 for 2 guests/day
Public Holidays: 300 for 2 guests/day
If there is a planned house party/events kindly inform us prior to (URL HIDDEN) Building Administration and Security are very strict, they do not allow unregistered guests to enter the unit.

Pay parking is available on a first-come first-serve basis at the front of Grace mall. For commuters, hail a cab or book via Grab car. Shuttle service is also available to and from SM Aura. Schedule may vary. Please inquire at the front desk.
Abbreviated house rules for guest/s:
1. All guest/s must be fully vaccinated. Present vaccination card upon entry.
2. No pets of any kind is allowed within the property.
3. Grace Residences is a non-smoking property; No Smoking Policy is observed on all common areas within the complex.
4. Swimming pool may be used by the authorized guest/s provided all assessments are settled and corresponding fees are paid, (Php 150.00 for regular days and Php 300.00 during holidays).
