If you are looking and planning for a place to stay and to sleep only with your family because you want to stroll around MALL OF ARENA and plans to visit IKEA or just simply going to attend a concert in MOA ARENA, or attending a WEDDING in CASA YBARRA, then you are browsing at the perfect listing. My unit is not a flashy decorated one, but it has space for everyone. :) Sleeping arrangement:
1: 2pax for the Queen size bed.
2. 2pax up to 3pax for the bunker bed.
3. FLOOR MATTRESS for the rest of the guests.

SEA RESIDENCE is the very first of the SMDC's line of condo apartments. It's oldie, but still goodie. Truly lots of activities for the family or night life for the millenials around MOA.
Hello Kpop lovers and concert lovers! its just a block away from moa arena. :)
Surely lots of activities around.
Don't expect a fancy decorated place.
Dont book this place if you are 'maarte'. Book this place if you want to enjoy strolling around MOA.
