Our unit is located at Shell Residences, located few steps away from SM Mall of Asia. It is a fully furnished 1br unit complete with almost everything you need for a comfortable stay. As we understand the importance of sanitation specially during these times, we promise to provide you a unit that is properly cleaned and sanitized. We only use fresh linens and towels.

Our unit has a small kitchen where guests can cook their meals. Pans and pots are provided, also with kitchen and eating utensils. We provide free wifi, netflix and board games for your enjoyable stay. Our bathroom has shampoo and body soap the guests can freely use during their stay.

The lovely pool is available for guests with a surcharge of 150 pesos per head per usage to be paid on site (surcharge is 300 per head during holiday). Parking is 50 pesos for the 1st 4 hours, and 50 pesos for every succeeding hour.

I am hands-on in managing our units and I can be contacted anytime for query and concerns.

Everything you need is just nearby. You don't have to spend time travelling from one place to another. And remember this condo is located at the heart of soon to be the Entertainment City!

Taxis are available anywhere. You can request the reception to call you a cab and all you have to do is wait at the lobby.

Brand new pillows are also available for sale at 350 pesos each for those who want to have them.
