By booking our properties, guests can enjoy a staycation while making a difference in the lives of those in need. Part of the booking proceeds go to support a housing charity, which provides a unique opportunity to give back to the community.
Here is the REQUIREMENT to book for each guest:
1. Valid ID/s
All requirements must be submitted 3 days prior your arrival.
NOTE:
Only two (2) towels are provided each booking (regardless if the guests are more than 2 pax)
Extra towels fee: 50-100.00
Free 2 towels are provided if the reservation is more than 3 nights
Room will be sanitized and disinfect after each guest’s reservation. Please check out on time because we need to clean and prepare the room for the next guests. Please avoid delay in checking out.
Please respect our official check in time (3PM). If you request earliest check in time, kindly please coordinate with the hosts for approval. Early check in request will be depending on the cleaner in charge. Please understand that we are cleaning several unit during cleaning time.
Internet service interruptions are inevitable are beyond our control.
These are the basic house rules to make sure future guests can have a pleasant stay. Please abide our policy guidelines
1. Please be careful when using all the unit amenities.
-Please do not move the bed location.
-Please do not pour cooking oil in the sink
-Please use iron board to iron clothes. Bedsheets damaged including unremovable stain 350.00 pesos
-Please throw trash in the designated trash bin.

2. NO PET ALLOWED
3. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE UNIT
4. Foods in the roof deck and pool area is strictly not allowed.
5. Hanging clothes in the balcony railing is not allowed.
6. Proper swimsuit is required to use the pool.
(Penalty of P500-P1500 will be charge)
7. Alteration request date-if the new date is 1 and 2 days prior to your check in date the additional fee will be requested. If not agree, the request will not be accepted.

8. Any violation made by the guest and guest visitors should be responsible to pay directly to the admin. If not paid the amount based on the violation ticket will be requested.

1. Authorization Letter:
Shore Res. requires authorization letter for all guests. After reservation please provide a copy of each guest.
If the reservation is done during Admin off, SPA will be there to assist you.
Admin is closed from 1pm every Saturday, Whole day every Sunday and Holidays.
Unregistered guest/VISITORS must be informed us at least before arrival. Email regarding your visitor to the admin is required by the security.
PLEASE NOTE that total of the person including the visitor must be total of 4 pax.
If the occupant or registered guest is already 4 pax it means you're not allowed to accept visitor.
2. Pool Access:
Guests can access the POOL with the corresponding fee, payment directly to the admin. Admin is open from Monday to Friday close at 5pm and half day every Saturday. The pool is operating from 9 am to 8 pm and closed every Monday.
Pool Fee is 150 pesos per head and regular days, 300 for holidays.
