A brand new unit that is near to MOA, MOA arena, IKEA, SMX Hall, Casinos and airport. Lots of things to do.

This is a 1 BR unit.
Sleeping arrangement is as follows:
Unit 1; BR1- Family size bed (48x75) for 2pax, and a floor mattress. In the Living room, we removed the sofa and replaced it with a bunker bed (double deck bed).
we constantly communicate with our guests. we have a standby staff from 9AM to 5PM.

not allowed:
NO HANGING OF CLOTHES IN THE BALCONY (if the unit has a balcony). A penalty will be imposed and will be deducted to your security deposit.
NO SMOKING (NO VAPING)
NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS, ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS CAN STAY OVERNIGHT.
