My unit Shore 14!WorknPlay as I named it, is located in 14F Tower D. This is loaded with amenities to either do Work or Play. It has a highspeed internet boost up to max @85mbps which can accommodate Work fr Home set up with readily available 24 inch LED monitor, a keyboard and a mouse. It has a 43” inch SMART Led TV with Netflix account signed-in and Skycable.
This earthly tone condo offers a clean, relaxing place that is perfect for couple / solo adventurers / business travellers /WFH professionals / small family gathering / small barkada meet up. This entire unit of 28.11 sqm will be yours and your friend to enjoy provided adherence to the House Rules.
Shore Residences the condo itself provides recreational facilities that include multiple swimming pools, a basketball court, multipurpose playing field, palm court, pavilion, children’s playground, function rooms, lounge areas, a jogging trail, and commercial strip.
SWIMMING POOL: provides you with exclusive beach-like amenities like beach entry pools with a feature island, and palm tree courtyards.
It is open to guests for a fee. Pool Coupon can be purchased in Shore Billing Office open Monday to Friday till 6pm or Saturday till 1pm.
Php 150/pax or Php 300/pax if Calendar Holiday
The swimming pool coupon is valid for one day only 6am to 10 pm. It will be replaced by a wrist band once you redeemed it. Wear this and a proper swimming attire.
Please note if your stay is a “same day” weekend booking you might not be able to purchased pool coupon due to Shore Billing Office is closed. For this kind of booking we purchased in advance 5 -- regular days swimming coupon that you can just pay us in case you want to enjoy the pool (this is subject to first come first serve basis for weekend guest).
Please note that GYM however is not open for Guest.
Security Deposit: this fee will be returned to you once you move out of the unit and return the key given there are no damage/missing items in the unit.
Check IN : 2:00 PM
Check Out: 12 NOON

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL GUESTS by SMDC Admin Rules
- Soft Copy of 1 valid government ID (Must be submitted ASAP after booking)
- Only Registered Guest with submitted ID are allowed to enter the premises.
- Visitors not allowed.
NOTE: On the day of check-in a hardcopy of your ID will be requested in the reception and you can claim back when you check-out. This is aside to the soft copy you provided after the (URL HIDDEN)

Option 1: Five E-Com Center Parking
Rates: PHP 50.00 fixed rate + overnight fee after 12am
Option 2: Shore 1 Commercial Pay Parking - along Pearl Road 1
Option 3: Shore 2 Commercial Pay Parking- along Seaside Blvd
Rates:
PHP 50.00 - First 4 Hours
PHP 50.00 - Every Hour after or a fraction thereof
PHP 300.00 - Overnight Fee aside from the HOURLY rate
(1:30AM to 6:00AM + parking fee; please advise the parking attendant if you intend to park overnight)
HP 200.00 - Lost ticket/Damaged Card
