This is a solo bedroom with aircon in the center of the city. We are walking distance to Libertad LRT Station. Located right across Victory Pasay Mall and Public Market. Victory Pasay Mall has Puregold Supermarket, Mr DIY Discount Store, Mercury Drugstore, 7-11 and Fastfood outlets like KFC, Mang Inasal, Dunkin Donuts, Tokyo Tokyo, etc. We are 1 ride away from Makati & Moa Area. The room is located in the 5th floor. So there is a 5 floor walk up for the stay. Each room is provided with a work table and bed. Each room has a bunk bed, you can opt to work on the lower level and sleep on the upper level for long term tenants. Wifi is provided, although the speed may vary daily. Kitchen and Toilets are shared. We provided induction cookers with some utensils. If you need more items for your daily needs, you can buy them at the Mr DIY discount store across the place. We do not have parking available in the space. You can park across in the Mall, in Cartimar Market or in Harrison Ave corner Libertad where they have open parking space for rent.
