Great for travellers for short stays or who just wants a place to stay overnight so you won’t miss your early morning flight.
The space
quiet and clean studio flat @ 101 Newport Blvd Cluster 2 East Wing. Located in a residential condominium building (Not a hotel). so please do not expect a hotel-like accommodation. toiletries are only provided upon request. the unit is only cleaned after check out and before check in of a new guest. So please keep the place tidy during your stay as it will not be cleaned everyday. It’s a home away from home not a hotel.
Guest access
guests will be greeted by my unit manager/caretaker at the lobby of the building on the day of check in. So you need to confirm the time of your arrival in the property so she can properly handed over you the unit and its keys.
Other things to note
This is a studio unit located in a residential condominium building with residents of all ages. So please keep your noise to a minimum level especially at night. And avoid loitering in the hallways.
the building has a no smoking policy and violators will be apprehended and penalized.
Please check with reception if you want to use the gym and the swimming pool.
