This is a 32 sqm studio unit condominium with a balcony on the ground floor that comfortably accommodates up to four persons ONLY. It is a centrally-located place across from the NAIA Terminal 3 airport (10-15 minutes walk).
This 32 sqm condominium unit is located at 1 Newport Boulevard, Two Palm tree Villas Residences. The studio is just across from the Ninoy Aquino International (NAIA) Airport Terminal 3 (walking distance 10-15 minutes). Perfect for single guests, couples, small families, and a small group of friends.

POOL:
Free access for up to 3 guests only. In excess of 3, guests must settle Php 200/head for every additional guest for 3 hours of use.
Due to the pandemic, our condo requires guests who wish to use the amenities to schedule a slot at the reception, Cluster A.
Open from Tuesday - Sunday 7 AM -8 PM Maximum of 8 persons per hour and can only use the pool for 1 hour if there are a lot of guests swimming.
PLAYGROUND:
Open daily between 7:00 am to 6:00 pm only, provided they are accompanied by their guardians at all times.
GYM:
Open daily between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm only.
There are a lot of times that I'm at work and won't be available to welcome you personally. I am always available though through messages to attend to your concerns.
Two Palm Tree Villas is a very secure Condominium. Expect that our guards will not let unregistered guests in. They tend to be too strict to maintain peace and safety on the premises.
