Dimmable track ceiling lights make for a cozy feel.
There are two aircons to cool the whole unit, set the temperature just how you like it.
Work and play ready with 200mbps wifi, a LAN port for that extra boost.
Heated shower, bidet, lots of mirrors in the bath and dark, noise-proof curtains for that restful sleep. A spacious closet with drawers and lots of hangers for your clothes.
Well-appointed kitchen with all the necessities and more..(8cu.ft brand-new Panasonic Ref, rice cooker, pots and pans, drip coffeemaker, hot kettle (we supply you with teas, check out the photos), brand new 20L Sharp Microwave, 2 burner electric stove. Plates, glasses, wine glasses, cutleries and cooking implements also provided.
A dining table that seats four (4) with comfy dining chairs.
I don't forget about the little ones, I have a dining set (plates, bowl, cups and cutleries) for them, a step for them to reach the sink. Baby cot and high chair (subject to availability) Please reserve when you make a (URL HIDDEN) A fully automatic brand-new top-load Samsung washer also provided (please buy LIQUID laundry detergent)
To make you feeling fresh and ready for your meeting, a Philips steam iron, table top ironing board, a 1200 watts hair dryer , hair straightener and a lint remover.
A code access for entering the unit, don't have to worry about losing keys or passing it to members of your group.
An entire 40sqm (bigger than most 5-star hotels) is all yours. A one-bedroom separated by sliding door for privacy separates the bedroom and the living/dining area. There is a balcony to enjoy. The condo has fitness center with 2 treadmills, 2 bikes and weights to keep you fit during your stay. 2 swimming pools including a lap pool. A daycare play area for the little ones.
A playground and garden also in the 5th floor with the fitness centre and pools. Not available on weekends and holidays.
Parking onsite is for a fee at 600 for overnight 2pm - 12noon. Prior arrangement should be made to avoid disappointment.
I try to welcome my guests but I have noticed that recently guests prefer self-check in. I am however available if you want me to tour you, give you an idea how things work.
I am very active in giving care and assistance whenever you need me. I live in the building and can give assistance really quick (nobody wants to wait).
I am a hands-on host, I devote myself to my guests' comfort and enjoyment. Lots of agoda rental in this area but what sets my units apart is the cleanliness (I'm a clean freak and I personally check my units) and the personal, above and beyond service I provide. If you have any special situation or requests, feel free to message me.
Regarding early check-in, requests will be entertained but if you want it guaranteed better book the night before especially for really early check-in requests.
