Sunny Chic is a 32sqm unit with a balcony on the 3/F of a low rise condo. Enjoy mornings as the unit is nicely facing the morning sun and has an interior tropical design. TV, induction cooker, rice cooker, and automatic washing machine are provided. Pool, playground, & elevated basketball court are in the clubhouse. It is good for staycations, a place to chill on weekends, or if you need a quiet and relaxing space in the middle of the busy Pasig City. Car parking is not available but motorcycle may be accommodated and PUVs are also accessible to and from Pasig Market, Ayala Makati, Shaw, and BGC.

The unit is homey and artsy in a way that it is tropical themed, with personal paintings to make the place refreshing and friendly. You may also use the LED night projector to set pretty lights in the bedroom with sounds of waves, crickets, or birds.

An induction cooker, automatic washing machine, ref, and electric kettle are also provided. For those who are into healthy food, you may use the steamer.

Coffee and toiletries are free.
