On the ground floor, you’ll find a variety of commercial areas, including cozy coffee shops, international cuisine restaurants, grocery stores, and essential shops.

There’s a restriction on the other condo amenities per admin policy for short term guest and only pool is allowed. Usage of pool requires pool voucher to be purchased in the admin: 150 regular days, 300 holidays..
Other things to note
Pay Parking is available in Basement 1 (Air Mall Parking). Rates: 50 php first 2 hrs, 20 php succeeding.
Usage of pool have additional fees for guests, please inform the host for assistance. Every Monday the pool is close for cleaning maintenance. Rates: Regular days -150, Holidays - 300. No gym amenities in the condo.
A laundry shop is available in Basement 1 - Clean Bean.. Grab foods, foodpanda and other deliveries pick up area is in 2nd floor.
7-eleven is in the ground floor for midnight cravings.
